America! The ensemble will perform in Lawrence at The Lied Center of
Kansas on
Friday, November 12, 7:30 p.m. This website is your ticket "beyond
the stage."
Studio Lied
Studio Lied is an integrated program for secondary students and their
teachers, as well as all those interested in learning more about the
artists, the art form and the creative process. It is part of the
Adventures
in Imagination program and includes online study materials, discussions
and Lied Center performances. The Studio Lied lecture/discussion for Trout
Fishing in America will take place immediately before the Friday, November
12 performance,
at 6:30 p.m., in the Oldfather Warm-Up/Dance Studio, Lied Center. The discussion
will include in-person interviews with Ezra Idlet (guitar) and Keith Grimwood
(bass) and will focus on building a career in songwriting and performing.
