Parking
Parking at the Lied Center for evening and weekend events is free. Reserved parking is available to Friends of the Lied members at the Benefactor level and above. During weekday hours, parking in the Lied Center parking lot requires a yellow university permit. A limited number of red and blue university permit parking spaces and free visitor parking (white spaces) are available next to the curb on the southeast side of the building. Handicapped permit parking is available south of the circle drive outside the main entrance. Please allow ample time for parking and event traffic around the Lied Center. Ushers will seat latecomers at an appropriate time in the program in order to minimize audience disturbance.

Accessibility
Lied Center facilities, parking, and front-of-house staff are fully prepared to accommodate patrons with special needs. The Lied Center offers the following accommodations:

Wheelchair
Barrier-free entrances and wheelchair locations available on all levels of the performance hall. Patrons who use a wheelchair may purchase one additional ticket for a companion to sit next to them in all accessible areas of the auditorium. Additional companion tickets will be seated as close as possible to the accessible seating area.

Sign Language
Selected performances will be sign language interpreted for the deaf and hearing impaired. (When ordering tickets, please request sign interpreter seating.)

Hearing Impaired
Hearing-assistance devices are available at no charge at the designated table in the main lobby. (Please note that photo identification will be requested when reserving this device.) Hearing-impaired patrons may order event tickets through our dedicated TDD phone line, 785-864-2777.

Some performances are audio described for the visually impaired. Patrons may listen, through headphones, to a visual description of events taking place on the stage.
