Exchange Policy
• Patrons who are unable to attend Lied Center Series performances may exchange their tickets for another Lied Center Series performance in the 2008-2009 season, provided they request the change at least two weeks prior to the event.

• A $2 per-ticket fee will be added and the exchanges may only be made a the Lied Center Ticket Office. If the exchange results in a payment due situation, the patron is responsible for paying the difference. If the exchange results in an overpayment, the patron forfeits the refund.

• Susbscribers who are also Friends may exchange tickets for free, with two weeks prior notice.

• Exchanges are not allowed with less than two weeks notice.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for Lied Center Series events. If you are unable to attend or exchange for another performance, you may return your tickets to the Ticket Office for a tax deductible donation receipt.

Handling Fees
• All subscription package orders are subject to a $5 handling fee

• All single ticket orders received via fax, phone, mail, or on-line are subject to a $5 handling fee

• Tickets ordered through TicketMaster are subject to additional convenience charges

Group Ticket Information
• The Lied Center is the perfect place to bring your group, business, family, or club. You can purchase your group's tickets through the Lied Center Ticket Office, with discounts available for nearly every performance.

• Groups of 15 or more receive a 15% discount per ticket for most performances.

• Group benefits include block seating, free promotional materials, educational presentations, assistance with group dining arrangements, free bus parking and more. For information, call the Lied Center Ticket Office at (785) 864-2787.
